Joey Kelly’s unique achievement among others was to be the world’s first triathlete who successfully completed eight “Ironman” within the period of only one year. Apart from that he made a name for himself as a marathon runner.
Joey Kelly already wore the DEICHMANN sports brand Victory when he competed in the “Gobi March” Desert Marathon and the Chilean Atacama Desert Race as well as on broadcast. He chose the so-called "V-TEC shoe", which not only supports the foot without hindering the natural motion sequences, but which is extremely light at the same time.
