Quality control

A strict quality control ensures that DEICHMANN standards are met all over the world. Each article has to pass a contamination test. Leather and sole quality as well as the fit are examined. Random tests are already carried out at production stage.

Apart from that, our own buying agents control the production flow. If problems occur, these experts provide the supplier with assistance and technical advice.

Recognised test laboratories such as TÜV Rheinland, Intertek Testing Services in Hong Kong, the Test and Research Institute Pirmasens related to the production of footwear (PFI) in Pirmasens and STR Testing & Inspection AG in Steinach (CH) are partners of DEICHMANN.
