Store concept
In a Rack Room, the customer is no longer confronted with individual shoes arranged on the shelf by size. You no longer have to ask the assistant for the second shoe or for another colour. The special feature of the Rack Room concept is that shoes are on display not only in pairs but also in their original boxes. This originally American store concept has become one of the main characteristics of the branches of the DEICHMANN Group.
Walking through the store, you see current seasonal models displayed by the entrance. Here you find the shoes you need now. Because what is a beautiful summer’s day without light sandals or a winter walk without warm boots?
Going deeper into the store, every girl or woman will find her individual favourite range. The trend area is characterised by Graceland and other brands, which meet the taste and the requirements of young people. The comfort shoe is the main focus in the appropriately named comfort area: lots of space, clarity and plenty of seats for stressed customers are a matter of course.
The men’s department comprising brands such as Gallus, Memphis One, AM Shoes, Borelli, Claudio Conti or Landrover, offers the entire range from City shoe to leisure and trekking shoe. Ladies will find the fashionable Janet D. range for everyday wear, elegant 5th Avenue and many other current models in a separate area.
The children’s department is colourful and cheerful. Here the young shoppers can choose from a wide range of Bären shoes and Elefanten. Child-size seats and play opportunities do not only provide fun for the youngsters, they also make shopping a lot easier for their parents.
Finally, Victory is DEICHMANN’s star in the sports arena, which also includes Nike, Adidas and Reebok. This department comprises in particular sporty models.
